NEW BUSINESS
Commander Correll made a motion to move from this building. Seconded by Comrade Doty Discussion ensued. General feeling was agreement by all members present, however Commander Correll decided to tabled the motion until next month’s general membership of the rent since July of 2008.  Rent is P25K or $531. He cannot do it anymore or at least for a while due to medical bills. The canteen is still operating at a loss.  If the Post pays the bills until May when our lease ends it will cost about $5500.  Project receipts between Sep 2009 and May 2010 is $4200, disbursements $3000. We currently have a balance of $7241 with projected income of 4200 = $11441. Project disbursements $5500 (rent) and $3000 = $8500 would leave $2941. However a lower profit margin at CofA or Beach Bash and any emergencies could significantly reduce that figure.

Comrade Best made a motion to allow everyone to enter the daily draws. Seconded by Comrade Phillips. Comrade Doty suggested that any changes be made after the next person wins. Motion   Carried

Commander Correll noted that the canteen by-laws have been changed to reflect our new address. They are being submitted to Department for approval.
