C of A POLO SHIRTS 2007 Mid-Term C of A Polo shirts will be made available during the convention. However, you can order using this form in order to specify sizes and quantities needed. The "charges" email will advise cost of shirts ordered, along with lodging, etc.

HOSPITALITY SUITE The Hospitality Suite will be at VFW Post 11447. To insure a well stocked Hospitality Suite, Department, Districts, Posts and Pup Tents are asked to donate $25.00 and two bottles of liquor per delegate. Your assistance will make this an excellent Hospitality Suite.
Hospitality Suite Donation:
PAYMENT An email will be sent to you to advise you of your Total Charges for Lodging, Hospitality Suite, C of A Polo Shirts ordered, etc.
You can pay your lodging upon checking out of hotel and pay anyother charges to Quartermaster after you arrive.
