Post Commander called the meeting to order at 1000 on Wednesday, 14 April 2010.
There were 21 members in attendance and 1 guest.
Comrade Storment gave the opening prayer.
Commander led attendees in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and Section 3 of the Congressional Charter.
The Roll Call was taken by Comrade Soper. All present except Comrade Doty who was excused and Chaplain Richmond who was absent.

Commander asked if the minutes from the previous meeting had been posted:
Commander asked if the minutes from the previous meeting had been posted. The Minutes were sent out to all members with an e-mail address on file. Comrade Soper made the motion to accept the minutes, seconded by Comrade Gallant, Carried
Commander called for the report of the Quartermaster:
QM Burnett presented the report. Comrade Burnett made the motion to accept the report as presented, seconded by Comrade Soper, Carried. Comrade Burnett stated that we have sold 200 books of raffle tickets Commander stated that we need to start pushing the sale of raffle tickets and we will be able to get out of the red. The audit was conducted on 14 April, 2010 after the meeting. The report is on file, if anyone wants to see the report, contact the Quartermaster.
Commander called for the Service Officer's report:
Commander reported that Comrade Alvarez medical condition is unknown and we need to find out what his status is. (Comrade Burnett called after the meeting and Comrade Alvarez is doing fine).

Adjutant Doty gave the report gave the report. Life membership stands at 373,
7 new members, 23 continuous and
3 reinstated Total 406 for a percentage of 98.06%.
We need 8 continuous members to renew to get us up to 100

Commander called for any new nominations for elected positions. All nominees and newly voted in members are as follows:

NEW BUSINESS
Comrade Phillips made a motion to nominate the Commander as our delegate for the Department Convention. Motion was seconded and carried.
Commander informed all members to read up on any new business that will be conducted at the convention and we will discuss how we will vote at the next meeting. New officers will take their positions 24 June but will be sworn in next month.

Comrade Culotta won the 50/50 raffle P1400 was collected. P700 to the winner, 700 to the Post.
